This policy covers how Gregg Financial Services (GFS) treats personal information that GFS collects and receives. This policy does not apply to the practices of companies that GFS corresponds with, or to people that GFS does not employ or manage.

GFS collects personal information when you apply for our services.
When you apply we ask for information such as your name, email address, birth date, gender, zip code, occupation, industry, and personal interests. We may also ask for your address, Social Security number, Drivers License number, and information about your assets. Once you apply to GFS you are not anonymous to GFS.
GFS uses information for the following general purposes: to fulfill your requests for products and services; to contact you; and to provide correspondent lenders information to respond to your requests for financing.

Information Sharing and Disclosure

GFS will not rent, sell, or share personal information about you with to anyone except to provide products or services you've requested, when we have your permission. or under the following circumstances:

GFS responds to subpoenas, court orders, or legal process, or to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims;
GFS believes it is necessary to share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of GFS terms of use, or as otherwise required by law.

Confidentiality and Security

Although GFS access to personal and business information is essential in our effort to deliver the highest quality service, GFS pledges to respect the sensitivity of this information and ensure that the privacy of our clients and applicants is protected at all times.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

GFS may update this policy. GFS will notify you about significant changes in the way we treat personal information by sending a notice to your primary email or by placing a prominent notice on our site. The effective date of this policy is April 15, 2007.
